RETURNS - To make a return, please contact us at toll free @ (877) 778-9850 to request an authorization number. The original invoice, along with the return authorization number, must accompany any returned product(s).
Unauthorized returns will be returned to the purchaser at their expense. Merchandise returned 30 days from date of invoice will be charged a 15 percent restocking fee. Merchandise is non returnable after 60 days from date of invoice. Any used or damaged merchandise is non refundable.
BACKORDERS - We make every attempt to have all items in stock. However, in the event an item is backordered, we will notify the customer as soon as possible after the order is placed. All products will be paid for when order is placed.
PLACING ORDERS - Orders placed by 3:30 pm central time (Monday-Friday) can more than likely be shipped that day. However, if the order cannot ship that same business day, the customer will be notified; either before the end of that business day, or as early as possible the following business day.
SHIPPING & HANDLING - We will ship all orders via UPS Delivery Service. Freight and insurance charges are billed at a standard rate to the customer. International customers must call and speak with one of our helpful sales staff to place orders. Any and all claims for damages in transit must be made with the carrier upon receipt.
PRICING & SPECIFICATIONS - Merchandise prices are subject to change without notice. Typographic, photographic, and/or descriptive errors are subject to correction; and are not binding to PinPoint International. In the event of a price change, web prices may not immediately reflect actual prices. Web prices will be updated at our earliest possible opportunity. In the event of any discrepancy, customer will be charged the actual price. We apologize for any potential inconvenience.
SALES TAX - Purchaser agrees to pay or reimburse seller for any sales tax. Taxes may not be charged in all states; purchasers in those states required by their state law to pay taxes will be charged sales tax. If you are tax exempt, please fax a copy of your tax exempt certificate to us toll free @ (877) 815-8604. Unless, and until, we have a current tax exempt certificate on file, you will be charged sales tax.

SHORTAGES - We must be notified of any shortages within 1 week of delivery. Customer will be responsible for full payment after said time period has expired.
